Miles York is probably the most thorough, knowledgeable and attentive customer service representative I have ever dealt with in my 68 years! If you’re thinking of promoting him, do it!

See previous comment. I expect the repair to be done perfectly because that it literally the one job of a car repair shop. It’s the customer service that can fall short. Miles York is exceptional at his job! He is a Customer Service Representative Extraordinaire!
