You can call me if you really want more details but I’m sure my claim has all the info needed. Bottom line is Goodyear broke something, regardless of it was ready to break. And now it won’t be fixed unless I pay you or I do it myself. I should not have entrusted your company and done all repairs myself.

If Google would let me leave a second review for the second time I went to this location this year, I would! I was well taken care of the first visit there. Over and above my ask, honest and fair price, went out of their way to help make a deadline that I was positive could not be met… AND everyone was authentic, kind and good at what they do. Just wow.
