I would like to take the time to mention how amazing of an experience that I had with you guys. Shops tend to always be a nightmare situation for anybody that has to deal with their vehicle being out of commission and having to wait to have it fixed let alone any hiccups that can happen during that time. Rich specifically was so thorough with the breakdown and analysis of my vehicle damages, communicating his process to me, and gave me additional information about any needed additional repairs I might want as well. He communicated with me more effectively than any shop ever has at least 2 to 3 times a week for me to know exactly where they stood and was able to finish my vehicle a little bit ahead of time. Your entire team is amazing and I look forward to exclusively going to you guys for repairs as well as recommending your services myself. What a great team and a great experience. Keep doing what you’re doing.
