The repair was fine. Communication was good. However I am missing a charm that hung from my rear view mirror. It was there when I dropped the car off, now it's gone. More than monetary value, it held sentimental value and can't be replaced.

I enjoyed my experience overall. Everyone was very nice and the staff at Caliber Collision helped me with everything I needed. Getting my the messages was very nice and easy. The only thing that I didn’t necessarily enjoy was that I’m pretty sure there is still glass in my door only because I can here on occasion when I break hard or accelerate fast.
