I did have some stains on my driver's seat that I noticed the morning after I brought the van home. These were not there before - they look like oil. I contacted Edwynn about it, but have not yet heard back. Thank you

Bruce was very informative on what was going to be done with my car and how they where going to deal with the insurance company. Val and Ramona where patient with me st the front desk when I was running in and out of there. Bob explained what was replaced and repaired on my car and was nice and took a large box out of my rental car and put it in my car. Thanks Nick for doing an excellent job on the painting. It looks beautiful again. I am so excited to have my car back. Thanks for a speedy repair.

They were friendly and helpful but the office and systems/processes are very very disorganized which wasted lots of my time. After the claim was filed and I discussed next steps with you, I was told to make an appointment for the work. After waiting several weeks, I was then told I actually needed an estimate first. When I finally got that scheduled, the claim had been closed and when I showed up for the appointment, we had to start all over because the rep that was assigned at the insurance company no longer worked there. Then when I came in for the work to be done, the claim still hadn't been taken care of nor had the rental car because the response from the insurance company was sent to the wrong Caliber location. When I came to pick up my car, I had to wait and was late for work because they couldn't find my keys. Again, staff was very helpful and friendly, just really disorganized.
