This is the 3rd vehicle I have had repaired at your shop. Every single time your team has missed very simple issues that they failed to correctly address. On this jeep, it was an extremely dangerous detail missed. This could have resulted in severe damage and potential accident. The lug nuts on the wheel that was repaired were not tightened and 3 fell off while my daughter was drives and the vehicle started shaking and became very difficult to control. This miss of a small yet critical detail could have been catastrophic. This put my daughter in a very unsafe situation. While I appreciate the manager did come to her and replace the lug nuts, it is wholly unacceptable. This definitely means I will never visit your location again. Ever. Thankfully roads were dry and weather was good. It makes me so angry you put my daughter in this situation.
