I was not told I would be charged for installing the extra 3 tires which is totally expected to be charged so thought nothing about it during pick up. However once I drove the car the alignment is all off pulling the car to the right which means I have to take it in to a tire place to get the alignment fixed so now it does bother me since I’m double paying for what should be the same service.

I was not kept up to date accurately. When told my car was ready, the amount increased over $300 without any notification. I was updated that my car would be ready 4 days longer than what it took hence I had over booked the loaner car longer than I needed. Communication is vital which this shop fell very short. Good news my car looks great.

Nathan was extremely helpful when I needed a quote done. He emailed me right away with the quote. He explained in detail what was going to be done and kept me updated on everything. When my car was done, he went over everything they did. If I ever need work done again, I will DEFINITELY be bringing it back to them. I highly recommend Caliber Collison!!!!
