The communication was good. It appears that the repair work was done properly. However, the work took 29 days to complete when we were originally given a 14 day repair estimate. I realize that there was some issues with the work force, but that was a long time to be out a vehicle when we told another estimated time.

The original time estimate on the completion of the vehicle was 2 weeks. It took 30 days to complete the repairs. That was unacceptable

My son was recently in a car accident, and as a mother living out of state, it was a very stressful situation. This body shop went above and beyond for him and for me. From the moment the appointment was made, every single person he encountered was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. They kept me informed every step of the way, which gave me so much peace of mind. They repaired his car quickly, the price was very reasonable, and the work looks absolutely fantastic. I’m deeply grateful for the woman who handled the appointment, the mechanics who did such a great job, and everyone in between.
