I was a little concerned because I have an older vehicle that’s in good shape. I was worried about paint matching, body lines, etc. also, I’d never heard of Caliber collision in Westover. When I picked the car up, I was very satisfied, everything matched up, nothing was overlooked, all parts that needed replaced were and it looked good as new. The guys and gals at caliber did a great job, I would definitely recommend them and I would definitely use them again.

The bottom part of the bumper was originally black and was replaced with a white part after I told them it was black when I originally brought it in for the appraisal. It would have been nice if it were black.

I just got the car back on 10/14/25, I really don’t know if it will need to go back in. Also, they took 6 weeks to repair, which I was told would be 2 weeks. The work appears to be good.

They got my car in 2 days after starting the claim and it was done, completely finished in 10 days. All after the insurance adjuster said it was totaled. Very pleased with the quality, customer care and speed of work. Great shop. Hopefully i won't need them again but if I do, Caliber Collision is where I would take my car
