Taylor is very confused would be the theme. Updates via text and the app were universally wrong. Taylor never called us until a difficult conversation with him, despite several messages with the receptionist leaving us with an expectation of a callback. Taylor gave incorrect timelines to me quite confidently, then called me back the next morning and acknowledged he was giving updates on the wrong vehicle. Pickup of the vehicle was similarly very frustrating. I was made to wait 10 minutes before ultimately just demanding someone give me my keys. I am unlikely to use Caliber in the future given my lack of confidence in the customer service element of your business.
