The text messaging system that was updating me daily showed my car would be ready on a specific date. That message came for four days so I went down to pick up my car on that day. The car was not ready. Your staff said they do not have the ability to change those text messages. I think you need to reassess that process in order to get correct information to your customers. Reduce unhappy customers.

After a few adjustments I was very happy with the repair. I was also disappointed with the notification system letting me know how the repair was going and when it would be ready for pick up, which it wasn’t.

the truck appears to look great after the body work, so thank you for the great technicians who made the repairs. The lead up and constant asks to provide the same information almost everytime i came in to the poor email tracking from the service advisor made it tough on the choice i had made to use this facility
