Professional from beginning to end. Total communication with me, likewise. If 10 + was possible, Caliber would receive it.

Caliber did a great job on the body work and paint. There were a few details like 2 molding fasteners were left off, 10 or so raw metal spots from welding on underneath panels left untreated for rust protection. Camper electrical connector wiring was not completed so backup lights did not work. Lastly, the air hose fittings were not put back together properly so they leaked are. I have corrected these problems. I would recommend this Caliber. What counted, body work, they did a great job this time and previous repairs.

This is the second time I’ve used this location for damaged cars. The only reason I came back was the great customer service the first time and it was just as good.

We had great service. The vehicle was done a couple days early and they communicated with us every day. This is the second time we’ve used you guys in the past four years and I highly recommend.

I would rate my experience a 9 out of 10. My situation was a bit unique, and I don’t think it’s representative of the experience most customers would have. The team at Caliber Collision was professional from start to finish. The front office staff and office manager were outstanding, always friendly, responsive, and helpful. Joe and Tayler were also great to work with and kept me informed throughout the repair process. My only concerns were with a few aspects of the final finish on my Jeep, particularly the paint and some finishing details. I also would have appreciated a more thorough interior cleaning after the repairs, given the amount of work that required removing doors and interior panels. That said, I truly believe that if my circumstances had been different, the overall outcome would likely have been even more favorable. The professionalism, communication, and customer service I received were excellent, and those qualities are what matter most when choosing a repair facility. I would recommend Caliber Collision to friends and colleagues and would not hesitate to return in the future. I appreciate the effort the entire team put into my repair and hope the remaining concerns can be resolved.

The customer service at Caliber Collision was excellent. The front office staff and office manager were amazing—friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. They made everything easy and kept me informed every step of the way. Joe and Tayler were also great. They were knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure my questions were answered. The only reason I couldn’t give a perfect review is because I was disappointed with the final finish on my Jeep, particularly the doors. I have concerns about the quality of the paint and finishing work, and I don’t feel those areas were completed to the standard I expected. I’m currently waiting to see what State Farm will cover regarding those remaining concerns. Despite that, I would absolutely return to Caliber Collision. The team was professional, respectful, and clearly cares about their customers. My experience with the people was outstanding—I was just disappointed with a few aspects of the final workmanship. I appreciate everything the team did and hope the remaining issues can be resolved.

I just went in my backseat of my car, and I realized that you guys had thrown some stuff from my trunk in my backseat on the floor. As I removed everything and put it back in the trunk, I realized that you guys scratched my rear tailgate in two spots. It obviously was done while you were replacing the bumper. I would like to know when you guys can repair that as I am very unhappy with the service I received. Please call me at 303-3596601 to resolve this issue

My car looks just as new as when I first bought it. I appreciate the work and attention to detail. The fact that the interior was also cleaned was just a bonus. Thank you so much!

The bumper doesn't line up properly, has a visible gap between the bumper and trunk latch, but was told "I need to contact Allstate" about that. So you don't advocate for your customers to not make the replacement not look bad?
