The bumper doesn't line up properly, has a visible gap between the bumper and trunk latch, but was told "I need to contact Allstate" about that. So you don't advocate for your customers to not make the replacement not look bad?

Trunk was replaced, trunk is still crooked from damage that occurred during the accident, trim with Toyota emblem that goes under the tail lights and rear window is not staying clipped on the driver’s side. The paint job looks good on the door though.

The text messages from corporate were inaccurate. Told me the car was ready when it wasn’t but otherwise all went smoothly. They fixed several areas that weren’t taken care of correctly.

Caliber collision did a great job on my car Staff are very courteous and outgoing and friendly. They were very courteous to me when I was very worried about a part that was delayed in coming in. My car looks wonderful. And I am very happy with it. I would definitely use this specific caliber collision outlet again for repair.

I got the truck back today. Finally after 6 weeks. Mostly dealing with insurance adjuster slow responses and antiquated system. However, your team did an excellent job. Ben was great dealing with the insurance reps and the tech/s did great work on the truck. It looks beautiful and I am so happy to have it back.

The location for the Colfax office the customer service there was excellent wonderful feel like they cared about the customer now that one at the other location that actually did the work on my car the lady that I spoke to was kind of short and standoffish wasn't very impressed with that location at all

There were several minor problems, and overall I am very pleased. The minor problems 1) interior of the car was not very clean. Lots of dust from the work that I had to clean. 2) paint drips on the door jam. Not visible unless the door is open. 3) exterior where work was done had spots that I had to remove 4) clear bra had not been reinstalled. This was taken care of by my service advisor before I left. Overall I was disappointed that the car was not detailed properly before I picked it up. All but the paint drips are taken care of now.
