I was not pleased with the communication between my insurance company (Allstate) and Caliber Collision. I had to call both of them back and fourth to make sure they were getting things done which at one point they weren’t. I was without a truck for probably an extra 2 weeks because the two companies were not collaborating. This is not my job.. I am the customer paying for a service. I have my own job to worry about I don’t have time to babysit Allstate and Caliber. I throw them both under the bus for this. All set aside, Josh at Caliber was very friendly and did his best to keep me informed despite the circumstances. Need better than this though.

I know this was a very long and difficult repair process for Josh and the shop as a whole. It seemed like nothing went right at every turn. Before the vehicle was returned to me after the repair following the accident, my vehicle was taken to the dealer for repairs and the Ford dealership left the vehicle outside over the weekend and a hail storm caused significant damage. The shop picked up the tab for my continued the use of the rental vehicle and also my deductible for the claim on the hail damage. The pickup looks great and drives just as I remember. I’M SO GLAD TO FINALLY GET OUT OF THAT RENTAL VEHICLE!!! Thank you Josh for your professionalism, service and commitment to your customers. But more importantly, I appreciate your honesty and integrity when you guys found the money I had lost and returned to me. I’m grateful to have been guided to your shop for the repairs to my vehicle and will definitely recommend you to anyone in need of your services. Thanks again for everything. Michael H.
