10 out of 10 stars! I had never heard of Caliber Collison until two weeks ago. Yall took my vehicle an made it look brand new! It was even done before the deadline. They updated me with every step through text messages. I'm in love with my vehicle. Yall did an amazing job! I even gave a hug to the guy today when I picked it up!

Longer than expected turn around but workers were very efficient on communicating as to why, also had a little issue with the door lock but I called and they fixed it within 20 mins! Would definitely recommend to others and would use again! 10/10 on customer service

Josh took care of my whole experience at Caliber Collision. He heard my concerns and worked with me to get my car in and out the shop. I would give caliber collision a 10/10 rating. They also gave me my car back WAY cleaner (inside & out) than it was when I had dropped it off.

The folks at our local Caliber were very kind and worked to save my car. I was very upfront about wanting to keep my older model Toyota and hopefully not let it get totaled from the damage of the accident of someone hitting my parked car. I know it is silly to love an older model vehicle but I just love my car, it fits me like a glove and have had it since it was brand new! I kind of figured it would be easy for the insurance to just total it because of its age. But Caliber worked hard with the insurance to make sure a repair would take place rather than a total. When I say kind, I mean it. I had to pick my car up late after I got off work. That meant that they had to stay a few minutes late to ensure I received my vehicle. I even interacted with several employees the evening I picked my car up to ensure all was well with my car. Josh is a sweetheart and kept me updated through the whole process.

Every one I talked to was very helpful and professional. The car repair they did looks amazing was totally surprised and amazed of how our car looks. It looks brand new!
