Metal repair work left slightly rough on the outer edge of the door as compared to the factory edge on the non damaged side of the vehicle. But nothing to complain about. Paint seems flawless and matches original paint perfectly. Operation of moving parts are flawless and smooth. Final fit and finish of damaged area repairs look great. I had high expectations for the repair work and they were all met with complete satisfaction! Now for the unexpected experience. I attempt to keep a clean vehicle, especially since I've only had it for 4 months. BUT! Caliber Collision Went Over and Above my personal expectations by also performing a Total Detail Job inside and out on my vehicle! Deep cleaning everything inside and out including Dressing the tires! That service was even more comprehensive than what I received from the sales team at the time of purchase! Outstanding Service Caliber! Only one area of improvement with Caliber Collision would I like to get corrected. Communication between Caliber and their Customers. Follow-up information always had to be initiated by myself. Two Caliber rather than from Caliber to me the customer. Otherwise, I would have given a perfect 10 out of 10 rating.
