Having to take vehicle back because it wasn’t done right as promised. Very disappointed in the way the vehicle was returned but Josh did keep me updated with repairs. But now I’m still waiting to see when I need to bring my vehicle back to get it fixed again

My complaint has nothing to do with the repair work done. When I dropped my vehicle off for repairs, the original placemats were in the back storage area. When the vehicle was returned to me they were not there. I will be returning to attempt to get them back.
