Never got a call after dropping off my pickup. Had to call 3 weeks later and ask status. But was informed of what was going on and felt satisfied with the information. Just would’ve appreciated some better communication.

not happy that my vehicle had to be sent to another location to be repaired. I dropped my vehicle at the location in Lewisville Texas but it had to be sent to the location in Wichita Falls Texas to be repaired.
