Paint job was done quickly and looked good. However everything after that was awful. Was called and told car was ready. My comment was wow how were you able to get my rim fixed so fast. Response was I forgot about that. Wheel was taken over to a shop to be repaired twice, both times came back not done correctly. Then they ordered a used rim which was told to me was standard because Geico would pay for a used one first then if that didn’t work they would get me a new one. Meanwhile this went on for a month. For a small paint repair and new rim. No structural damage at all. When I arrived to pick up my car after almost a month I had that a can verify of more than 50 miles on my car. I asked why it had been driven. The manager stated they drove it to get my wheel across town twice. I then called another Caliber Collision and asked if that was common practice to use customers car to pick up rims or wheel and they said, “ No, we have company cars for that”. Overall bad experience except the paint job on right back panel was good. The repair size was the size of a grapefruit. Bad experience. If copies of speedometer are needed from pictures, they can be provided.
