I wanted an OEM original windshield, which I wrote on the sheet under concerns. I was told Caliber did not use aftermarket windshields. I was given an aftermarket windshield. There is a rough edge tape paint line behind the front right inside door. I was hoping that PDR could have been used on the front door without having to repaint.

Christina at the front desk was so friendly and sweet. She answered all my questions and was very helpful. Josh kept me in the loop about my repairs and texted me every day to let me know how my car was doing. All staff was very informative and communicative through out the entire process from moment I stepped foot in the lobby. Receptionist had answers to all My questions and set up my transport to hertz rental. Adrian kept me updated with repair and handled the pick up of the rental vehicle. Very happy with the way everything was handled. Did not imagine things would go this smooth. This is my new standard moving forward for how a collision center should conduct business and customer service. Thank you guys so much.
