I Evelyn had a complete FREAK Accident then happened to my car, which created physical damage. I was referred to caliber collision center By a coworker. So I made contact and was treated with the most empathy and respect by The girls that answer the phone by Rodney w my estimator And Quinton Supervisor. My car was completed by complete date was very impressed with the work And Quality. I came across A little bit of a hiccup in the repair that we probably would have never thought in the million years to check the air conditioning for damage. I did bring that to their attention. A couple hours after I left and had to return once again. They got right on it. Got with the insurance company? Explain the situation and will be taking care of the matter. I highly recommend this company for any needs that you may Unfortunately endear in your vehicles. Above and beyond customer service and above and beyond quality work. So kuto's👍💯 to all the staff that work for caliber collisions! Awesome job.!

I called for some reason and as I was on hold the tape started in Spanish for no reason. I had no idea what I was listening to or why. I hung up. They called back and apologized for them hanging up on me. I told them I hung up. Didn't appreciate being talked to in a foreign language that I didn't know what was being said. That should be something they can do individually for their different customers.
