My experience was nothing short of amazing! Of course no one wants to be in a car accident, but Caliber Collison made this process seamless. I called Tara on the same day as my accident. Her calm, friendly, and professionalism really put me at ease. She explained the entire process. Next Ammean the estimator communicated with me and kept me informed. When the parts arrived he was not satisfied with the quality of the products (of no fault to them) he quickly re-ordered. And it did not delay the process at all. Finally Richard who did all my repair work was perfect! I dropped my vehicle off at 7:30 and the completed it the same day by 4pm! Richard returned my car in better shap than it was prior to my accident. And He even cleaned the inside and out. Like I mentioned everyone hates car accidents. But if you have one you won’t be disappointed going to Caliber Collision!

My experience started with Tara. She walked me through the entire process. She was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. Next the estimator Ammean provided me with a quick, detailed, and accurate estimate. He also personally inspected all the parts they ordered to repair my vehicle. Ammean was not satisfied with the quality of one of the parts and contacted their supplier to send another one, this did not delay final completion date.

I was able to get into to get my vehicle fixed in the time frame they quoted me. They sent me updates via text message that helped me feel more at ease through the process. I was thrilled that I was able to leave my rental car there when I was picking up my vehicle. It was one less thing to stress about! Overall, the experience was great!
