I’m reaching out to follow up regarding my vehicle after the recent accident repairs. While I really really appreciate the work that was completed, I am still experiencing an issue that concerns me. The vehicle is making a rough, consistent noise from the rear left area whenever I go over bumps or uneven road surfaces. This noise began after the accident and is still occurring after the repairs were completed. It was not present prior to the accident. After reviewing the final repair paperwork, I also noticed there is no documentation indicating that the rear suspension was inspected or evaluated as part of the repair process. Given that the noise is coming from that area and continues after repairs, this raises concern that the suspension or wheel components may not have been fully checked. At this time, I am not 100% satisfied with how the vehicle is driving and would like the rear left suspension and wheel area inspected again to ensure everything is properly repaired and safe to drive. Please let me know the next steps to have this addressed as soon as possible. I want to ensure the vehicle has been fully and correctly repaired following the accident. Thank youu!

Overall, the repair quality was good and communication was appreciated. However, I am still experiencing a rough noise from the rear left area when going over bumps. This issue began after the accident and is still occurring after the repairs were completed. It sounds like a possible suspension issue or the wheel rubbing against the fender liner when hitting bumps. I would appreciate having this checked again to ensure everything is fully resolved. :)
