The staff at the Willingboro location took care of every detail and made the experience as hassle-free as possible. However, I received multiple phone calls from CC corporate about scheduling my appointment, so that was confusing.

Caliber was very customer friendly. They took the time to explain the process to me, and made the whole thing as easy as possible. My rear bumper is good as new now! They were also great in helping me with communication to the insurance company and Enterprise.

After service was completed my wife and I noticed a scratch on the rear bumper that was not there before service. It was fixed with no problems. Then we noticed that the blind spot monitor was turned off. Went back and the “Pro tech” spent 20mm and said it was on…. It was not. So now I’m on a quest to have it reset 😕
