Way behind schedule, didn't update completion timeline (twice I called 30 minutes before scheduled pickup). Asked for a location where my vehicle could be fixed and at drop off told it will be shipped out (!?!), and after everything they sent it to another location for pickup ironically not where I was at or where I dropped it off at. Truck does look good, 2 stars for that but the wheel wells are loose and I can see where the bumper was machined. Not sure if the part ordered was this way or it's because it didn't fit correctly. A "universal" part would also explain why a handful of supports are not attached. Maybe I should give them more stars because everyone i talked to was really nice, however they were too busy to address me and my truck properly. Congratulations on all the money you saved from the invoice, not sure why I was shown this since i still paid the full deductible?

The rear is great very satisfied Was the ABS checked cause I was stopped when I got hit and the brakes seem weird and the warnings showed up right before dropping it off and travel told me that y’all would check it.

Receptionist was great polite she also had a great customer service. Very helpful. The guy who handled my claim was very helpful pleasant and knowledgeable of my vehicle great company. The estimated date that they gave me was three weeks. Got it back less than a week very wonderful.

No suggestions bc everyone & everything was smooth sailing. The service was fast & quick & the desk receptionist was kind & courteous as well as the intake guy & the last guy who went over & explained everything that was done! I would use Caliber Collision again if need be as well as refer family & friends.
