I was very impressed and very grateful for the staff at caliber Willingboro shop. I had a problem with the insurance company and the staff assured me they will take care of it and they did. I was extremely satisfied with the results of my vehicle. Not only did it look like I had a brand new car they washed. It vacuumed the inside and did an amazing paint job. There was no trace of a fender bender. But it was also fast. I took my car in on a Thursday and got it back on Monday. The rental car service met me at the collision place and bought me my rental car, I was also able to return it back at the collision place. To add icing to the cake it came with a lifetime warranty if anything happens to my vehicle pertaining to what they repaired thank you caliber collision you guys rock.

I had a great experience. Aaliyah and George were wonderful. From my first phone call, through repairs and right up to picking my car up, the process was smooth. Communication was awesome… they provided me with updates the whole time and got my car done quickly, and more importantly, did a great job! The facility is clean and everyone was very pleasant. I highly recommend!

Yes, i could sum up my experience in 1 word, 'OUTSTANDING', but I won't stop there. Your team walked me thru the total repair process and delivered my vehicle on time, which i know wasn't easy since one of the parts required was not available locally. Joe and Jorge made sure I had regular updates during the whole process. It was like my Jeep was never out of my site. I always knew what was going on. The whole staff including the Front desk and Technicians are 1st Class. If you are looking for exceptional Customer / Repair services, chose Caliber. It's a choice you won't regret. 😀
