My experience was superb! Brandi was very informative every step of the way with keeping me updated on the process. I really appreciate how much thoughtfulness was taken with my vehicle regarding replacing parts that looked worn out/rusted. The team could have easily left those parts but decided to take care of it while they had my vehicle and I really appreciate that! My car drives just as good as new! I hope an accident is nothing that my family will ever experience again but if so then Caliber Collision in Wilson will always be our #1 choice. Thank you all!
