The vehicle looks & drives great. I know it can be difficult tracking down, ordering, and getting the right parts for any vehicle in this economy. You guys are rated as Wilson's only 5 star repair center and I can see why. If I run into any trouble with the vehicle I will certainly let u guys know. Terrible communication on the status of our repair. Apparently Jodi was the only one who could give updates, but was never there when we called. We were repeatedly assured that someone would call us back but no one ever did- we would end up having to call back to try and get updates but again the information was never specific. If the car needed more time to be fixed, it would have been fine if someone just communicated that to us. Body work on the vehicle seems fine but disappointed in the customer service piece.

Need to improve communication about status of vehicles before we would recommend. If the vehicle needs time to be repaired, just state that- leaving us in the dark throughout the process was very frustrating
