The quality of work is good and the people were very responsive once I was handed off to Jackie. Matt, another adjuster, explained the process and how he treats his customers and Stella the receptionist was always very polite and a pleasure to deal with.

The only small issue is that the tire that had to be replaced is different than the ones that were/on the vehicle.

The first claims adjuster never communicated with me from the start so first impression was poor. However, the next individual, Jackie, communicated with me about what was happening with my vehicle and was very helpful and polite.
