The day I dropped my car off I had a few basic questions since this was the first time I have had to do this and was told no questions could be answered until Monday. I was supposed to receive updates yet I always had to call to find out the status of the repairs. I was told I would receive a call BEFORE repairs were made to discuss them and never did.
