The staff was friendly and professional throught the whole experience. They kept me updated regularly on the progress of my repair. I was provided a completion date, but they finished four days earlier. My car looks brand new again and my drive home she felt brand new.

It would be a 10, but the lady at reception was a little lack luster in her approach to customer service, I asked her to have Larry reach out to me about booking my truck in, I waited a week and just showed up to find out she had booked my truck in and not told me the date of the appointment or anything, had I not stopped by I would not have known until I got the automated message from them.

On my drive home I realized the driver side headlight is not working.This headlight was replaced during the repairs. I checked the fuse and made sure the harness is connected to the headlight. I suspect the headlight assembly is faulty. I realize the a part malfunctioning is out of your control but I’m hoping that we can arrange to have that fixed. Thanks
