I felt little to no support from CHUBB in the handling of the accident. I sat roadside for over 3 hours waiting for a tow truck that I was told repeatedly had been dispatched. It wasn't until my 3 or 4 call back to CHUBB that a tow was finally ordered. The lack of availability and professionalism from people working. remotlye

I am not satisfied with the work that was completed by Caliber. I requested from CHUBB to provide me with an alternative repair shop to get a second opinion, instead CHUBB referred me back to Caliber.

When I got home and saw the car after my husband picked it up, there are scratches that are on the hood near the wiper. These were not there when we dropped the car off. I texted a picture yesterday when I got home.

The repairs look great, the car looks great, better than it has looked in quite some time. Our frustration with Caliber Collision is that we were assured the car would be done Thursday evening, far later than the original estimate, and that we would be would be getting a call telling us when they were done. When we called at 5:30 Thursday evening, we were told we could come get the car Friday, that did not work. We could’ve made arrangements if we had known, but no one called us. Caliber Collision did a marvelous job of repair on our car. It looks great. They did an abysmal job of scheduling and keeping us informed of when we could have our single car back from them assured of multiple times the last of which they did not achieve they failed to tell us that we wouldn’t have the car back when we said we absolutely had to have it after some growing on our part they managed to get the car ready in a half an hour
