I am writing to express my appreciation for the exceptional service at Caliber Collision. While the initial GEICO claim process was straightforward, the expertise of the Caliber team truly set them apart. I was fully prepared to pay a $1,000 deductible as indicated by my policy. However, the staff took the initiative to review the specific details of my loss. They identified that the claim fell under Va. Code § 38.2-2206 for Uninsured Motorist coverage. Rather than simply processing the payment, they coordinated directly with the insurance company to ensure the claim was coded correctly, which reduced my out-of-pocket cost by $800. It is rare to find a repair shop that advocates for the customer in this way. Their willingness to navigate the complexities of insurance law on my behalf saved me a significant amount of money and built a great deal of trust. I highly recommend this location for their honesty and professional integrity.

Caliber Collision did a fabulous job repairing the damage on my car and restoring it to basically factory-new condition. The painting and finishing was beautifully done and it's impossible to tell where the damage was. The work was done in just 4 days - super fast!
