I’m very happy with caliber collision from Winona, their service and workmanship on my truck was exceptional. I was very happy with them keeping me informed every step of the way as they were working on my truck and they even finished the work a week ahead of schedule. my truck is a 2019 F 450 platinum and I am pretty particular and proud of that truck and the guys that did the bodywork did such a beautiful job. I couldn’t be happier thank you again everybody at caliber I would definitely recommend your company.

I appreciate how friendly the staff was and how quickly they got my care in and repaired. It saved me a lot of time and worry. I also appreciate how they gave an accurate estimate to begin with, and kept me updated. 10/10 I’d come back to this location again if I needed any other repairs.

I was pleased with the repairs. However I can't seem to understand multiple ordered and or parts that were delivered wrong. That meant pushing end date back repeadilty. I get it happens but as often as it did during this repair was odd. Didn't seem anyone was checking orders and when messed up wasn't fixed accordingly or doubled checked, resulting is missing deadlines. Why wouldn't shop manager after a 2nd wrong part take more action to prevent anymore delay.

I'd tell they took grwat care of the car. But if you're wanting it done in a timely manner without delays. Don't cross your fingers. Multple parts ordered wrong, not being delivered. Things the shop manager should deal with after a second mishap.

The verchile repair overall was great. The time it took to get done was not so great. Multiple wrong parts ordered, multiple delays due to no parts, forgotten parts, or overall wrong parts being delivered. When Multiple parts are ordered wrong that's saying something in itself. Things are being rushed and not looked at being double checked. Is what it is and happy to have the car back.
