Excellent communication Positive attitude Quality work Only suggestion is that you ask customers if they would like a bid on work outside of insurance claim. It would be a great time to repair any other blemishes.

Super great customer service. Kept me informed , coordinated with insurance and rental car - made the collision repair painless . And the car looks brand new . I am very happy with my whole experience with Caliber Collision Winona. All staff were were were very helpful and knowledgeable. My vehicle looks great. You can't tell I had anything done. Not an easy task with the color of my vehicle. I will definitely go back should I need them.
