Scott was amazing. He communicated with me about everything and made sure I was up to date on all repairs happening. When my bumper came in dented he reordered a whole new one instead of putting on a damaged one and I am so grateful. My car looks brand new after the repairs done at caliber collision. The lady working the front desk was amazing. Very personable and very professional with helping. She was kind and an amazing person. I am beyond satisfied with how my car was cared for.

Satisfied with the experience overall. Only thing I would recommend is to inform customers about how insurance could work. For instance, I was called at 4:26pm Thursday and told that my husband's car was ready. He works in Stokesdale (45 mins away) and has no reception when inside. There was no way he could make it to rental and then Caliber before closing. Friday was a holiday so I asked Scott if it was ok to pick the car up Monday. Not being in the car repair business, we had no idea the rental may not be covered. When my husband arrived at Enterprise, they informed him he may owe for the weekend. However, I called State Farm and they extended the rental without issue thankfully. But a heads up from Caliber would have been nice instead of being blindsided by the process. Other than that, I think Scott did a great job keeping us updated on the repair status regularly.

Caliber Collision did a fantastic job in all aspects of the job. Friendly people, great communication, and transparency. Plus, they were able to complete my needed repairs in time for me to get back to work! Highly recommend!
