My only issue was that the left rear tire pressure was low (the wheel had been removed and worked on) so that I had to fill it after picking up my car. Reuben was professional, efficient, friendly and courteous throughout the repair process.

I've had the opportunity to use body shops throughout the U.S. The team at California Collision is by far the most professional I've dealt with. My initial communication with George was informative in laying out my options. On-site, Alan walked me through the repair and assisted with communication with my insurance company. Then Reuben took over, kept me informed as to the progress and ensured quality control of the repair and return of my vehicle. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone even if you have to travel a bit. In a word.....OUTSTANDING!

Customer service was excellent but when I picked up my car stuff was out of place, car seat undone, and a huge piece of broken backlight under drivers seat. Although work looks good I was just a little disappointed in delivery of car upon completion.
