California Collision (Allison) was very professional and friendly, and I can't think of a single complaint as the finished job was astonishingly well done. I don't think the auto body work performed looks any different than how the area worked on looks on a new vehicle. I would recommend California Collision to a friend or family member, but only as long as insurance was paying -- because CC's prices are a little high for the average person's out-of-pocket experience, but I will admit that you do at least get what you pay for.

I was amazed that not only was the door repaired perfectly, but that the entire car, inside and out, had been cleaned beautifully. This is a 2004 Prius and it looked like it had when it was purchased from the dealership! What amazing attention to detail. In addition, the young woman at the front desk had a wonderful sense of humor and faithfully kept me up to date on the progress of the car repair.
