Good to support a family business, but (joking) Giovanni needs to slow down a little bit. Service was good, reminders went out regarding progress, looked good at the end. Recommended by another shop so we had confidence in them - and they delivered.

Giovanni does a fabulous job. He is polite, listens, and explains things well. He is organized, caring and a delight to work with. Amazing customer service from him and the front office staff. The bodywork on my car is flawless. Everything looks brand new. I highly recommend California Collision and, in fact, already have!

It took a month to repair a fender bender. I like these guys but they did not communicate as effectively as I expected
