Too many guesses when my car would finally be done. Very inconvenient. I would rather be told the complete truth, “Your car will take six days, but do not count Friday, Saturday or Sunday.” For your team, this is obvious. But I was a first time customer. There were other excuses. “We’re backed up, shipping is slow, and we’re down on technicians.” As a customer, I was only interested in what I was told originally.

George from CA Collision is the best! He repaired the damage on my bumper when I got rear ended on the freeway and I can’t even tell that it happened in the first place! He even took the extra mile to clean and wax my car! Thanks to his service and attention to detail, multiple people have told me that my car looked brand new! I would recommend him to anyone I know that needs it!

We were very pleased by the quality of work and the customer service. The estimate was accomplished and we had a written estimate, with photos, within an hour. Reuben Diaz, the estimator, explained in detail the repairs necessary and potential issues, including parts availability. Whenever I emailed a question to Mr. Diaz, he replied within hours and answered questions completely. Very good repair shop.
