This is the third time in 3 years I have had to see them for repairs because other people can’t drive - each time I get my truck back looking brand new. This time I was not able to get a rental from enterprise so the Cambridge team arranged one of their loaners for me. Shana and the team are the best !

If I could rate higher than 10, I would! I received customer service unlike any other experience that far exceeded my expectations. Matt went above and beyond to help me obtain my rental car, reduce my out-of-pocket expense, and get the job done on time! I sent a thorough email to Lisa Schmitt, please follow up with her for additional details. additionally, Shayna responded to an email on the weekend after enterprise said we did not confirm my return. I did not expect her to respond on a Saturday morning, but she did. I will highly recommend this company to all of my friends, family and acquaintances.
