I specifically checked the section on the drop off envelope that I wanted the headlights that were being removed returned to me, that didn’t happen. Also I asked for my trunk to be looked at because it wouldn’t open. They couldn’t fix it and now it doesn’t close all the way. Every time I hit a bump it sounds like it’s going to pop open because it’s not securely closed anymore. They told me to take it to a dealership. I’m not happy with my last visit to the business!!
