They repaired the damage by the mirror but the dent is still there. They replaced the front bumper, but there are scratches on there that weren't there before. Other than those two issues I'm satisfied with the work.

Front desk Shayna was very nice. Matt there was also very helpful but I just found the way my car was returned unprofessionally done. The claim was made and not fully reported to them either which upsets me. That’s on nationwide though.

As this being my first accident as a driver, I was extremely nervous about the whole situation. They were all very communicative and helpful when answering my questions and the finished product looks amazing! Plus it was done quick and they even stayed late to make sure I could pick up the car on the expected date. Overall, this is a great place with a wonderful team! Thank you all so much!
