They never called me or kept me informed during my original visit; however, I was happy that the manager was nice when he was later called in for the door ding Campbell’s put in my passenger door.

My car wasnt ready as promised and I was told I would get a status the day I called, but didnt....but it was ready the next day and was completely satisfied with my car...they even cleaned it out and washed it..it looked like a shiny penny..was very proud..I understand you have a very busy shop..I will recommend to all my friends

Campbell's was unable to complete the repairs in 1 - 10 day period as originally planned. I had to take my truck back for a second 3 day session. The repair job was great, it was just having to return 2 weeks later for the additional 3 days that was frustrating.
