While parts availability will always be a problem, customers appreciate that Campbell’s is proactively following up with suppliers and reporting back to the customers. Otherwise it seems like nothing is happening to the customers.

The repairs to our vehicle were perfect. Cudos to your technicians! Our issue is that it took 22 days to finish our repair. It was not a huge job. I understand that the insurance company took their sweet time coming out to review. However, there did not appear to be a sense of urgency to finish asap. Also, we were not offered a chance to use a loner car. We have used Campbells several times in the past and have been very happy with the service and repairs. Beth was a good communicator during the process.
