Campbell’s collision was perfect! Very accommodating and great communication. The farm bureau adjuster was meh. Minimal communication and I had to get her to approve the waiver of deductible before Campbell could release the car. That could have been done on day 3 instead of day 29!

Communication was not great. A drop off date was scheduled without my knowledge, and the list of repairs grew drastically and was never explained to me. The only notice I received about the additional items was via the insurance company , who copied me on emails regarding additional authorizations.
