The 9 rating is because of the lack of communication on the status of the car. I was supposed to get it back last week. When I didn’t hear from them, I called on Thursday to see how it was going and was told they were waiting on a bracket. If the bracket came in by 3 the next day, the car would be ready. Next time I heard from them, this past Tuesday, they were waiting on a replacement tail light. The one sent was broken. They explained they had been busy. I understand that. Just a little more communication would have been nice. The staff was friendly and very nice. The work completed was awesome and the car looks great!
