The car went in the shop with one wheel lock on each tire. After the repair, one wheel lock and the wheel lock keys are missing. Otherwise, this rating would be a 10. Customer service is outstanding! I really like the service provided except one minor detail that was mentioned previously.

I have unfortunately, had to bring my car to a body shop before and even though I never want to have to bring it in again if I did, this would absolutely be the place where I would want my car to be serviced. The customer service was exceptional. The communication was top-tier. The work done on my car was great, it looks brand new. I am more than satisfied with Candy Apple Custom, they went above and beyond for me, including making sure I had transportation back home when I had to leave my vehicle unexpectedly. Top-tier service, top-tier quality, overall just a top-tier experience!

Quite satisfied with the work they did. I needed to take it back. There was no problem taking it back for the repair Mr. Tyler and the staff were very accommodated, and I'm quite happy with them. I will recommend them to anyone that needs car repair.

Although they were friendly, I expected better repair services. I had similar car accident years ago, with less damages, and the repair shop that completed the repairs painted my entire carso they it looked balanced. All damages were fixed also. I should have disregarded the fact that they were far away. While some of the issues are based on the insurance, my car was returned to me with mix matched side mirrors, completely filthy of dirt, dust, and paint odor on the inside. I was asked not to roll my window down for a week until the tint dried. Why not keep the car until it dried? They were also paid for damages that wasn't fixed. I'm still finding pieces of glass inside the car from the windshield was damaged greatly. Very disappointed. Feels like this was just about the money only and not the concern of customer care. My car felt raggedy and worse than the accident damages done to it. Never again. I will let others know.
