For the most part they did a great job on my car. I did complain because even though they clear coated my whole car they didn't smooth down where little road rocks hit my hood. It was not on the side of the damage and when I called to talk about it all they said is that was already there which I never denied. If they would have reached out to me, I would have paid for them to buff that area fist, so it doesn't look like popcorn under the clearcoat. My normal body shop guy was out of town that is why I choose Candy Apple Custom. I did show my body shop the work and he said out of a courtesy they should have took the 5-10 mins to buff the area. My normal body shop would have done it without charging me. I will not be coming back here again or recommending them to anyone I know. I also left a message for a manager which of course he never called me back.

After not being 100% satisfied, I did talk to the ladies of the staff which told me that was normal wear and tear on my car which I already knew. They could have called and asked me if I wanted to pay to have the front of the hood buffed which they didn't and it's all bumpy looking. If you leave a message for a manager at the very least, they should make a return phone cal.

Although I am overall satisfied for the most part with my repairs. They did leave some things out that. I can see where they didn’t paint a portion of my vehicle that had been damaged and the left out a part that was told to me that would be replaced on my vehicle and they didn’t. In the past I’ve had some good quality work done with them but this time however, I would say no as good. It’s possible that I may return but not very likely. Could have been better
