The paint job is not smooth. It's actually a little bit gritty. It was brought to your attention when we picked up the car. So a repair that took so long i expected it to be a smooth finish. The repair took a long time with one update along the way.

The lack of communication along the way was not pleasing. I was told initially that I would get updates and I got one update by text at the very end. I actually had to call to find out that my car was ready to be picked.
