Alexis is an amazing professional and answered all my questions a couple of times (I'm hard of hearing and I had to ask her to repeat a few times but she did so with grace). Also, she handled the return of my car with Enterprise which was huge benefit!!

My entire experience went smoothly and the service was done much faster than I even expected. The repairs were perfect and I was blown away at how clean the detailers were able to get it! I don't think it's ever been that clean. My only concern, and this may be just coincidental, is that my AC stopped blowing cold the day after I picked it up. I wouldn't think any part of the AC would've been touched for a rear body repair, but I'm not sure if something could've happened.
