I love Candy Apple staff and the consistent customer care. It was the tone on the other side of the phone when I called. Pleasant and caring. That cause me to chose Candy Apple. They excute care with professionalism mixed with authentic care. The operation in peaceful with ease during the entire process Candy Apple explained everything and offers a time line for repair and accomplished with excellent precision and provided text messages updates. My car was retuned repaired and shining. The accident traumatize me somewhat and was stressful to process but Candy Apple proved that they had my back. I recommend if anyone has a accident and they want excellent caring customer service and excellent car repairs done right. The work was fine. Most everything was fine. However when I picked my vehicle up this morning I had frost INSIDE on my windshield. I can only conclude a window was left open. It was very frustrating to discover this as it defrosted and water began running down the inside of my windshield.

The customer service was the best by far. I wasn't expecting it. They washed my car inside and out after doing the repairs, which i totally did not expect to happen. Hell, the dealerships dont even give this level of care! I wish I could bring them my car for all of my issues. But whatever repairs are needed here, it is well worth it and I definitely recommend them.
